Price Your Home Right

One of the biggest mistakes I’m seeing in the real estate market these days has to do with home pricing. It is extremely important that you price your home right if you want to sell it. Over pricing a home wasn’t such a big deal 3 years ago. Back then even over priced homes had a chance of selling. The market is completely different these days and over priced homes will sit on the market a forever. When a home first hits the market it gets noticed by buyers and real estate agent alike. If the home is over priced the buyers and real estate agents first impression is that “It is over priced”. Once a home seller has set that stigma on their home it’s hard to break it. Buyers pass it by, and real estate agents don’t really want to show it if they think it over priced either. I am convinced that if you price your home right at the beginning you are doing yourself a big favor. Potential buyers and real estate agents alike are left with a positive opinion of your home and are much more likely to show your home and tell others about it. Do some good research and start off right!
