According to their website home values in Bakersfield have dropped $62,631 on average in the past year. The average home value in Bakersfield is listed at $141,144 compared to the National average of $183,861. Their Zestimate per square foot is $108. These numbers are in line with what my sources have been telling me. There seems to be some great values in Bakersfield real estate right now. The question remains “Is now the time to buy?”
